  5. 5. Mix flour, salt, and soft butter in a bowl.
  6. 6. Add the yeast water, the apple sauce, and the eggs.
  7. 7. Knead everything into a smooth dough.
  8. 8. Cover the bowl with a clean kitchen towel.
  9. 9. Let the dough rise in a warm place for approx. 30 minutes.
  10. 10. Wait until the dough has approximately doubled in size.
  11. 11. Knead the dough briefly again.
  12. 12. Divide the dough into 12 equal portions.
  13. 13. Shape the portions into balls.
  14. 14. Place the buns on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
