  1. 1. Turn on the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  2. 2. Put the egg, quark, milk, and oil into a large mixing bowl and mix them well.
  3. 3. Add 300 grams of flour, 50 grams of sugar, a pinch of salt, and baking powder.
  4. 4. Knead the ingredients for two minutes on the kneading setting until you have a smooth dough.
  5. 5. Line a 28-centimeter springform pan with baking paper.
  6. 6. Lightly grease the edges of the pan.
  7. 7. Put the dough into the pan and press it flat so that the bottom is completely covered.
  8. 8. Peel the apples and cut them into quarters.
  9. 9. Remove the core from the apple quarters.
  10. 10. Cut the apple pieces into thin slices.
  11. 11. Put softened butter, 50 grams of sugar, and 100 grams of flour into the (empty) mixing bowl.
  12. 12. Process the ingredients for one minute on the dough kneading setting until you have crumbly streusel.
  13. 13. Chill the streusel for later.
  14. 14. Distribute the apple slices evenly over the dough base.
  15. 15. Sprinkle the prepared streusel evenly over the apples.
  16. 16. Bake the cake for about 60 minutes in the preheated oven.
  17. 17. Carefully remove the cake from the oven.
  18. 18. Let the cake cool in the pan.
  19. 19. Dust the finished cake with powdered sugar before serving.
