🍰 Apple Compote with Quark

Ingredients
- apples, red 4 pcs.
- lemons 1 pcs.
- apple juice 100 ml
- sugar 4 tbsp.
- cinnamon 0.25 tsp.
- quark 40% fat in total matter 500 g
Instructions
- 1. Peel the apples, quarter them, core them, and cut into small pieces. Wash the lemon thoroughly, halve it, and squeeze out the juice.
- 2. In a pot, cook the apple pieces together with apple juice, sugar, cinnamon, and the lemon juice for about 8–10 minutes until they are soft. Puree the apple compote to your liking and adjust the seasoning.
- 3. Serve the apple compote together with quark in small bowls. Enjoy your meal!
