  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with fan.
  2. 2. Wash the apple thoroughly.
  3. 3. Peel the apple.
  4. 4. Cut the apple into quarters.
  5. 5. Remove the core.
  6. 6. Dice the apple flesh into small cubes.
  7. 7. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
  8. 8. Melt the margarine in a small saucepan over low heat.
  9. 9. Roll out the puff pastry.
  10. 10. Brush the puff pastry with the melted margarine.
  11. 11. Spread the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over the pastry.
  12. 12. Distribute the apple cubes evenly over the pastry.
  13. 13. Leave about 2 centimeters of border free from the pastry.
  14. 14. Fold in the short sides of the puff pastry.
  15. 15. Roll the filled puff pastry tightly.
  16. 16. Cut the roll into 12 equal pieces.
  17. 17. Brush the muffin tin with a little oil.
  18. 18. Place the apple rolls into the muffin tin.
  19. 19. Bake the rolls for about 20 minutes until golden brown.

  21. 21. Sprinkle the rolls with powdered sugar.
