🍰 Apple Cinnamon Rolls from the Muffin Tin

Ingredients
- apples, red 1 pc.
- sugar 4 tbsp
- cinnamon 1 tsp
- margarine, vegan 1 tbsp
- puff pastry 1 pc.
- oil 1 tsp
- powdered sugar 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with fan.
- 2. Wash the apple thoroughly.
- 3. Peel the apple.
- 4. Cut the apple into quarters.
- 5. Remove the core.
- 6. Dice the apple flesh into small cubes.
- 7. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
- 8. Melt the margarine in a small saucepan over low heat.
- 9. Roll out the puff pastry.
- 10. Brush the puff pastry with the melted margarine.
- 11. Spread the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over the pastry.
- 12. Distribute the apple cubes evenly over the pastry.
- 13. Leave about 2 centimeters of border free from the pastry.
- 14. Fold in the short sides of the puff pastry.
- 15. Roll the filled puff pastry tightly.
- 16. Cut the roll into 12 equal pieces.
- 17. Brush the muffin tin with a little oil.
- 18. Place the apple rolls into the muffin tin.
- 19. Bake the rolls for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
- 20. Remove the rolls from the oven.
- 21. Sprinkle the rolls with powdered sugar.
- 22. Remove the rolls from the tin while still warm.
- 23. Serve the rolls and enjoy them.
