🍽️ Apple Goat Cheese Stacks

Ingredients
- apples, red 2 pcs.
- goat cheese roll 200 g
- basil, fresh 10 g
- bacon 100 g
- honey 1 tsp
- pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Peel the apples, remove the core, and cut them into 4 slices each. Slice the cheese as well. Wash the basil, dry it, and pluck the leaves from the stems.
- 2. Heat a pan without oil over medium heat and fry the bacon until crispy for about 5 minutes. Remove it and sauté the apple slices in the remaining fat over medium to high heat for about 3–4 minutes.
- 3. Stack the apple slices, cheese, bacon, and basil together and secure them with toothpicks. Drizzle honey on top, add a pinch of pepper, and serve the apple goat cheese stacks.
