  1. 1. Peel the apples, remove the core, and cut them into 4 slices each. Slice the cheese as well. Wash the basil, dry it, and pluck the leaves from the stems.
  2. 2. Heat a pan without oil over medium heat and fry the bacon until crispy for about 5 minutes. Remove it and sauté the apple slices in the remaining fat over medium to high heat for about 3–4 minutes.
  3. 3. Stack the apple slices, cheese, bacon, and basil together and secure them with toothpicks. Drizzle honey on top, add a pinch of pepper, and serve the apple goat cheese stacks. Enjoy your meal!
