Ingredients
- walnut kernels 100 g
- butter 100 g
- wheat flour, Type 405 100 g
- cinnamon 0.5 tsp
- brown sugar 150 g
- salt pinch
- vanilla sugar 1 tsp
- apples, red 4 pcs
- raisins 50 g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (top/bottom heat). Chop the walnuts finely. In a bowl, combine the butter, the chopped walnuts, flour, cinnamon, 100 g cane sugar, salt, and vanilla sugar to form a crumbly mixture.
- 2. Wash the apples, quarter them, core them, and cut them into small pieces.
- 3. In a greased baking dish, mix the apples with the raisins and the remaining cane sugar. Distribute the walnut crumble topping evenly over the apples and bake the apple-walnut crumble in the oven for about 30 minutes, until golden brown. Enjoy your meal!
