  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (top/bottom heat). Chop the walnuts finely. In a bowl, combine the butter, the chopped walnuts, flour, cinnamon, 100 g cane sugar, salt, and vanilla sugar to form a crumbly mixture.
  2. 2. Wash the apples, quarter them, core them, and cut them into small pieces.
  3. 3. In a greased baking dish, mix the apples with the raisins and the remaining cane sugar. Distribute the walnut crumble topping evenly over the apples and bake the apple-walnut crumble in the oven for about 30 minutes, until golden brown. Enjoy your meal!
