🍰 Apple Tiramisu in a Glass

Ingredients
- Apples, red 3 pcs
- Oranges 2 pcs
- Honey 2 tbsp
- Cinnamon 0.25 tsp
- Whipping cream 200 g
- Vanilla sugar 2 tsp
- Yogurt, plain 150 g
- Ladyfingers 8 pcs
- Dark chocolate 20 g
Instructions
- 1. Peel the apples, quarter them, remove the core, and cut into cubes. Halve the oranges and squeeze out the juice.
- 2. In a pot, bring the orange juice together with the apples to a boil, add the honey, and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Season with cinnamon and let cool.
- 3. In a bowl, whip the cream stiffly with a hand mixer. Slowly sprinkle in the vanilla sugar, then add the yogurt and gently fold it in.
- 4. Halve the ladyfingers and divide them among four glasses. Distribute the apple compote with orange juice on top. Add the cream to the apple compote and chill the glasses in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Sprinkle the apple tiramisu in a glass with chocolate shavings and serve. Enjoy your meal!
