🥤 Apple-Spinach Cocktail

Ingredients
- Organic Lemon 1 pc
- Leaf spinach 300 g
- Apples, green 3 pc
- Water 800 ml
Instructions
- 1. Wash the lemon thoroughly, halve it, and squeeze out the juice. Clean the leaf spinach under running water and spin it dry in a salad spinner. Wash the apples, peel them if desired, remove the core, and cut into coarse cubes.
- 2. In a tall blender, puree the spinach, apple cubes, 1–2 tbsp lemon juice, and some water until a homogeneous mixture forms. Divide the apple-spinach cocktail into four glasses and enjoy. Bon appétit!
