  1. 1. Peel, quarter, core, and dice the apples. In a pot, bring apple juice and sugar to a boil and cook for about 8 minutes until soft. Let it cool.
  2. 2. Crumble the bread into small pieces. Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat. Add powdered sugar and caramelize for about 1 minute while stirring. Then add the bread and toss for about 1 minute in the caramel. Let it cool.
  3. 3. In a bowl, whip the cream using a hand mixer with a whisk until stiff. Layer apple sauce, bread crumbs, cream, and cranberries in glasses. Allow the apple cream layer dessert to set in the refrigerator until serving. Enjoy!
