  5. 5. Place the dough in the refrigerator and let it rest for at least one hour.
  6. 6. Put the raisins into a small bowl.
  7. 7. Pour rum over the raisins and let them soak.
  8. 8. Cut the lemon in half.
  9. 9. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
  10. 10. Lightly dust a work surface with flour.
  11. 11. Take the dough out of the refrigerator.
  12. 12. Roll out the dough into a round shape.
  13. 13. Line the bottom of a 26-centimeter springform pan with baking paper.
  14. 14. Grease the sides of the pan.
  15. 15. Place the rolled-out dough into the pan.
  16. 16. Press a high edge out of the dough.
