🍳 Apple Porridge with Walnuts and Cranberries

Ingredients
- Apples, red 2 pcs.
- Walnut kernels 2 tbsp.
- Oats, fine 160 g
- Oil 1 tbsp.
- Soy drink 500 ml
- Water 300 ml
- Brown sugar pinch
- Cranberries, dried 30 g
Instructions
- 1. Wash the apples thoroughly, quarter them, remove the core, and cut into cubes. Roughly chop the walnuts.
- 2. In a pot, toast the oats with a little oil over medium heat for about 2 minutes until fragrant. Then add the soy milk, water, and apples, and simmer the porridge over medium heat, stirring constantly, for about 10 minutes.
- 3. Season the apple porridge with sugar, plate it, and serve garnished with the chopped walnuts and cranberries. Enjoy your meal!
