Ingredients
- lemons 2 pcs.
- oranges 2 pcs.
- Pak Choi 180 g
- apples, green 400 g
- cashew nuts 50 g
- raisins 50 g
Instructions
- 1. Squeeze the lemons and oranges to extract the juice.
- 2. Add cold water to the juice until you have a total of 600 milliliters of liquid.
- 3. Wash the Pak Choi thoroughly and remove any dirty leaves.
- 4. Let the vegetables drain so they are no longer wet.
- 5. Cut the Pak Choi into rough chunks.
- 6. Peel the apples and remove the cores.
- 7. Cut the apples into rough cubes.
- 8. Put the apple juice, Pak Choi, cashew nuts, and raisins into the blender.
- 9. Blend the ingredients until the smoothie is creamy and smooth.
- 10. Pour the smoothie into four glasses or drinking bottles.
- 11. Drink the smoothie immediately or keep it cool until you serve it.
- 12. Shake the smoothie well before drinking if it was chilled.
