🥗 Apple-Leek Salad

Ingredients
- Leek 2 pcs.
- Apples, green 2 pcs.
- Lemons 1 pcs.
- Mustard 1 tbsp.
- Honey 1 tbsp.
- Oil 5 tbsp.
- Cress bed 1 pcs.
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Cut the leek lengthwise, remove the root tips, cut into thin rings and rinse thoroughly in a sieve. Wash the apples, halve them, remove the core and cut into thin slices. Halve the lemon and squeeze out the juice.
- 2. In a bowl, mix 3 tbsp. lemon juice, mustard, honey and oil well. Season with salt and pepper. Fold in the leek and apples and let it marinate for about 30 minutes.
- 3. Serve the apple-leek salad in small bowls and garnish with cress. Enjoy!
