  6. 6. Rinse the drained lentils with cold water to cool them down.
  7. 7. Wash the apple under running water.
  8. 8. Cut the apple into four quarters.
  9. 9. Remove the core and seeds from the apple quarters.
  10. 10. Cut the apple flesh into small cubes.
  11. 11. Peel the carrots.
  12. 12. Cut off the ends of the carrots.
  13. 13. Grate the carrots coarsely.
  14. 14. Wash the arugula under running water.
  15. 15. Spin the arugula dry.
  16. 16. Wash the parsley under running water.
