Ingredients
- ginger, fresh 10 g
- mint, fresh 10 g
- soda water, classic 400 ml
- apple juice 400 ml
- ice cubes 100 g
Instructions
- 1. Peel the ginger and cut it into small pieces. Wash the mint thoroughly, shake off excess water, and pluck the leaves from the stems. Add them both to a pitcher.
- 2. Pour the sparkling water and apple juice into the pitcher and fill it with ice cubes. This creates a refreshing summer drink.
