  4. 4. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  5. 5. Beat the soft butter, sugar, salt, and vanilla sugar in a bowl until creamy using a hand mixer.
  6. 6. Add the eggs one by one into the butter mixture and mix well after each addition.
  7. 7. Add the flour, baking powder, and milk, and stir everything into a smooth batter.
  8. 8. Gently fold the diced apples into the batter.
  9. 9. Distribute the batter evenly into greased muffin tins.
  10. 10. Bake the cupcakes for about 30 to 35 minutes until they are lightly golden brown.
