🍳 Apple Raspberry Muesli with Raisins

Ingredients
- oat flakes, fine 100 g
- raisins 50 g
- milk 200 ml
- whipping cream 200 ml
- raspberries, fresh 200 g
- apples, red 2 pcs
- hazelnut kernels, whole 4 tbsp
- yogurt, plain 300 g
Instructions
- 1. In a bowl, mix the oat flakes and raisins with milk and let them soak for about 1 hour or preferably overnight in the refrigerator.
- 2. Whip the cream stiff in a tall container using a hand mixer. Thoroughly rinse the raspberries. Wash the apples, quarter them, remove the core, and grate coarsely. Coarsely chop the hazelnuts.
- 3. In the bowl, mix the cream with the yogurt and the oat flakes-raisins-milk mixture. Add the raspberries, grated apple, and hazelnuts, then serve. Enjoy your meal!
