  1. 1. In a bowl, mix the oat flakes and raisins with milk and let them soak for about 1 hour or preferably overnight in the refrigerator.
  2. 2. Whip the cream stiff in a tall container using a hand mixer. Thoroughly rinse the raspberries. Wash the apples, quarter them, remove the core, and grate coarsely. Coarsely chop the hazelnuts.
  3. 3. In the bowl, mix the cream with the yogurt and the oat flakes-raisins-milk mixture. Add the raspberries, grated apple, and hazelnuts, then serve. Enjoy your meal!
