  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  2. 2. Grease a 26 cm springform pan and line it with baking paper.
  3. 3. Mix flour and baking powder in a small bowl.
  4. 4. Beat sugar, soft butter, and eggs in a large bowl until creamy.
  5. 5. Stir in yogurt and vanilla extract into the butter-sugar mixture.
  6. 6. Add the flour mixture gradually and mix everything well.
  7. 7. Wash the apples and blueberries and dry them.
  8. 8. Peel one apple, remove the core, and cut it into small cubes.
  9. 9. Cut the second apple into thin wedges.
  10. 10. Fold the apple cubes into the cake batter.
  11. 11. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the surface.
  12. 12. Insert the apple wedges vertically into the batter.
  13. 13. Distribute the blueberries evenly over the surface.
  14. 14. Bake the cake in the center of the oven for about 60 minutes until golden brown.
  15. 15. Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool completely.
  16. 16. Whip cream stiff with a pinch of salt, letting vanilla sugar trickle in.
  17. 17. Rinse a lime with hot water, dry it, and finely grate the zest.
  18. 18. Mix the lime zest into the whipped cream.
  19. 19. Wash mint and shake it dry.
  20. 20. Decorate the cake with the lime cream and fresh mint.
