🍰 Baked Oatmeal with Apple and Blueberry

Ingredients
- oatmeal, coarse 200 g
- baking powder 0.5 tsp
- cinnamon 1 tbsp
- salt pinch
- apple juice, cloudy 200 ml
- milk 300 ml
- eggs 2 pcs
- apples, red 2 pcs
- blueberries, fresh 125 g
- honey 2 tbsp
- yogurt, plain 200 g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius (convection mode).
- 2. Mix oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt in a large bowl.
- 3. Pour apple juice and milk into the bowl.
- 4. Stir the eggs into the mixture.
- 5. Let the mixture sit for ten minutes to soak.
- 6. Cut the apples into thin wedges.
- 7. Gently fold the apple wedges and blueberries into the oatmeal mixture.
- 8. Transfer the mixture into a small baking dish.
- 9. Place the dish in the preheated oven.
- 10. Bake the casserole for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown.
- 11. Let the casserole cool down slightly.
- 12. Drizzle the warm casserole with one tablespoon of honey.
- 13. Mix yogurt with the remaining honey.
- 14. Serve the honey-yogurt mixture alongside the warm casserole.
