🍽️ Creamy Apple Guacamole with Sautéed Octopus and Shrimp

Ingredients
- Avocado 2 pcs.
- Lime 2 pcs
- Garlic cloves 2 pcs
- Salt 1 tsp
- Cucumber 1 pcs
- Celery 1 pcs
- Pepper Mix 1 pcs
- Apples, green 0.5 pcs
- Octopus legs 300 g
- Prawns, raw 300 g
- Olive oil 3 tbsp
- Mint, fresh 10 g
- Pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits.
- 2. Scoop the avocado flesh out of the skins using a spoon.
- 3. Cut the limes in half and squeeze out the juice.
- 4. Peel one clove of garlic and chop it very finely.
- 5. Place the avocado flesh, 3 tablespoons of lime juice, the chopped garlic, and half a teaspoon of salt into a bowl.
- 6. Mash the mixture with a fork until it forms a creamy paste.
- 7. Wash the vegetables and the apple and dry them thoroughly.
- 8. Dice the cucumber, apple, and celery stalks into very small cubes.
- 9. Finely chop the pepper.
- 10. Gently fold half of the chopped vegetable and apple cubes into the guacamole.
- 11. Taste the guacamole again and adjust with a little lime juice and salt.
- 12. Rinse the octopus and shrimp in a sieve and let them drain.
- 13. Cut the octopus into pieces approximately 5 centimeters in size.
- 14. Peel another clove of garlic and chop it very finely.
- 15. Heat oil in a frying pan.
- 16. Add the chopped garlic to the pan and fry it for about 3 minutes.
- 17. Add the octopus and shrimp to the pan.
- 18. Fry the seafood for another 3 minutes.
- 19. Season the dish with salt and pepper.
- 20. Spread the guacamole over a large plate.
- 21. Sprinkle the remaining chopped vegetables over the guacamole.
- 22. Distribute the fried shrimp and octopus pieces on top.
- 23. Wash the mint and shake it dry.
- 24. Finely chop the mint.
- 25. Sprinkle the mint over the dish just before serving.
