  1. 1. Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits.
  2. 2. Scoop the avocado flesh out of the skins using a spoon.
  3. 3. Cut the limes in half and squeeze out the juice.
  4. 4. Peel one clove of garlic and chop it very finely.
  5. 5. Place the avocado flesh, 3 tablespoons of lime juice, the chopped garlic, and half a teaspoon of salt into a bowl.
  6. 6. Mash the mixture with a fork until it forms a creamy paste.
  7. 7. Wash the vegetables and the apple and dry them thoroughly.
  8. 8. Dice the cucumber, apple, and celery stalks into very small cubes.
  9. 9. Finely chop the pepper.
  10. 10. Gently fold half of the chopped vegetable and apple cubes into the guacamole.
  11. 11. Taste the guacamole again and adjust with a little lime juice and salt.
  12. 12. Rinse the octopus and shrimp in a sieve and let them drain.
  13. 13. Cut the octopus into pieces approximately 5 centimeters in size.
  14. 14. Peel another clove of garlic and chop it very finely.
  15. 15. Heat oil in a frying pan.
  16. 16. Add the chopped garlic to the pan and fry it for about 3 minutes.
  17. 17. Add the octopus and shrimp to the pan.
  18. 18. Fry the seafood for another 3 minutes.
  19. 19. Season the dish with salt and pepper.
  20. 20. Spread the guacamole over a large plate.
  21. 21. Sprinkle the remaining chopped vegetables over the guacamole.
  22. 22. Distribute the fried shrimp and octopus pieces on top.
  23. 23. Wash the mint and shake it dry.
  24. 24. Finely chop the mint.
  25. 25. Sprinkle the mint over the dish just before serving.
