  2. 2. Fill the glasses completely with ice cubes.
  3. 3. Make sure the ice and glasses are very cold so the drink stays fizzy for a long time.
  4. 4. Pour 50 milliliters of gin into the first glass.
  5. 5. Add 60 milliliters of apple juice.
  6. 6. Add 20 milliliters of fresh lemon juice.
  7. 7. Repeat steps 4 to 6 for the remaining three glasses.
  8. 8. Carefully top up the glasses with ice-cold soda water.
  9. 9. Take a long bar spoon.
  10. 10. Stir the drink very gently from bottom to top.
  11. 11. Avoid vigorous stirring to prevent the carbonation from escaping.
  12. 12. Cut an apple into very thin slices.
  13. 13. Arrange 4 to 5 apple slices in a fan shape.
  14. 14. Secure the apple slices with a toothpick.
  15. 15. Place the apple decoration on the rim of a glass.
  16. 16. Drink the cocktail immediately while it is ice cold.
