🥤 Fruity Icy Apple Gin Sour

Ingredients
- Eice cubes 16 pcs.
- Gin 200 ml
- Apple juice 240 ml
- Lemon juice 80 ml
- Soda water 300 ml
- Apples, green 1 pc.
Instructions
- 1. Take four tall glasses.
- 2. Fill the glasses completely with ice cubes.
- 3. Make sure the ice and glasses are very cold so the drink stays fizzy for a long time.
- 4. Pour 50 milliliters of gin into the first glass.
- 5. Add 60 milliliters of apple juice.
- 6. Add 20 milliliters of fresh lemon juice.
- 7. Repeat steps 4 to 6 for the remaining three glasses.
- 8. Carefully top up the glasses with ice-cold soda water.
- 9. Take a long bar spoon.
- 10. Stir the drink very gently from bottom to top.
- 11. Avoid vigorous stirring to prevent the carbonation from escaping.
- 12. Cut an apple into very thin slices.
- 13. Arrange 4 to 5 apple slices in a fan shape.
- 14. Secure the apple slices with a toothpick.
- 15. Place the apple decoration on the rim of a glass.
- 16. Drink the cocktail immediately while it is ice cold.
