Ingredients
- apples, red 4 pcs.
- oil 1 tbsp
- cinnamon 0.25 tsp
- agave syrup 4 tbsp
- oat cookies 200 g
Instructions
- 1. Wash the apples and cut them into quarters.
- 2. Remove the core and seeds from each apple quarter.
- 3. Cut the cored apple pieces into thin slices.
- 4. Add some oil to a non-stick skillet.
- 5. Heat the skillet over medium heat.
- 6. Place the apple slices into the hot skillet.
- 7. Fry the apples for about 5 minutes.
- 8. Sprinkle cinnamon over the frying apples.
- 9. Drizzle agave nectar over the apples.
- 10. Reduce the heat to the lowest setting.
- 11. Let the apples caramelize for about 4 minutes.
- 12. Take cookies and crumble them roughly with your hands.
- 13. Distribute the cookie crumbs evenly over the apples.
- 14. Serve the finished crumble directly from the skillet.
