🥤 Creamy Latte with Apple and Chai Spices

Ingredients
- vanilla pod 1 pc.
- cinnamon stick 1 pc.
- milk 400 ml
- black tea 8 g
- apples, red 0.5 pc.
- honey 3 tsp
- apple sauce 400 g
- cinnamon pinch
Instructions
- 1. Slice the vanilla pod lengthwise.
- 2. Scrape out the small black seeds from the pod.
- 3. Place the empty pod, the seeds, and the cinnamon stick into a pot.
- 4. Pour the milk into the pot.
- 5. Heat the milk until it boils.
- 6. Remove the pot from the heat.
- 7. Cover the pot.
- 8. Let the milk steep for about 10 minutes.
- 9. Pour 750 milliliters of boiling water over the tea bags.
- 10. Let the tea steep for about 5 minutes.
- 11. Wash the apple under running water.
- 12. Remove the core of the apple.
- 13. Cut the apple into 4 large wedges.
- 14. Remove the tea bags from the tea.
- 15. Pour the finished tea into a bowl.
- 16. Stir the applesauce into the tea.
- 17. Sweeten the mixture with honey to taste.
- 18. Divide the tea-apple mixture among 4 cups.
- 19. Remove the cinnamon stick and the vanilla pod from the milk.
- 20. Bring the milk to a boil again.
- 21. Froth the milk.
- 22. Pour the frothed milk over the cups.
- 23. Dust the latte with cinnamon.
- 24. Garnish the drink with the apple wedges.
- 25. Serve the latte immediately.
