  3. 3. Place the empty pod, the seeds, and the cinnamon stick into a pot.
  4. 4. Pour the milk into the pot.
  5. 5. Heat the milk until it boils.
  6. 6. Remove the pot from the heat.
  7. 7. Cover the pot.
  8. 8. Let the milk steep for about 10 minutes.
  9. 9. Pour 750 milliliters of boiling water over the tea bags.
  10. 10. Let the tea steep for about 5 minutes.
  11. 11. Wash the apple under running water.
  12. 12. Remove the core of the apple.
  13. 13. Cut the apple into 4 large wedges.
  14. 14. Remove the tea bags from the tea.
  15. 15. Pour the finished tea into a bowl.
  16. 16. Stir the applesauce into the tea.
  17. 17. Sweeten the mixture with honey to taste.
  18. 18. Divide the tea-apple mixture among 4 cups.
  19. 19. Remove the cinnamon stick and the vanilla pod from the milk.
