  2. 2. Take a fine sieve and add the cornstarch, the flour, and 60 grams of the powdered sugar.
  3. 3. Gently shake the sieve to carefully sift the dry ingredients.
  4. 4. Place the egg whites into a large bowl.
  5. 5. Take a hand mixer and attach the whisk beaters.
  6. 6. Beat the egg whites lightly at first until they become foamy.
  7. 7. Take the remaining 215 grams of powdered sugar.
  8. 8. Slowly and continuously sprinkle the powdered sugar into the egg whites while the mixer is running.
  9. 9. Continue beating until the egg whites are firm and glossy.
  10. 10. Take a spoon and gently fold one-third of the sifted flour mixture into the egg whites.
  11. 11. Now add the rest of the flour mixture gradually.
  12. 12. Gently fold in the remaining flour until no white flour streaks are visible.
  13. 13. Take a Bundt cake pan (a ring-shaped cake mold).
  14. 14. Pour the batter into the pan.
