🍰 Pineapple Pancakes with Vanilla Milk Ice Cream

Ingredients
- Pineapple 1 pc.
- Eggs 2 pcs.
- Milk 150 ml
- Sugar 30 g
- Salt pinch
- Wheat flour, Type 405 250 g
- Baking powder 2 tsp
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Vanilla ice cream 8 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Peel the pineapple and remove the hard core.
- 2. Cut the pineapple into 8 thin slices.
- 3. Whisk the eggs, milk, sugar, and salt together well in a bowl.
- 4. Sift the flour and baking powder into the egg mixture.
- 5. Stir everything together to form a slightly creamy batter.
- 6. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
- 7. Fry one pineapple slice for about 2 minutes on both sides.
- 8. Pour a ladle of batter onto the pineapple slice.
- 9. Tilt the pan to spread the batter evenly.
- 10. Cook the pancake for 1 to 2 minutes until it is golden brown.
- 11. Carefully flip the pancake.
- 12. Fry it for another minute until golden brown on the other side.
- 13. Remove the finished pancake from the pan.
- 14. Repeat steps 6 to 13 until all the pineapple and batter are used up.
- 15. Serve the hot pancakes with a portion of vanilla milk ice cream.
