  1. 1. Place pineapple pieces in a sieve and let them drain well. In a bowl, beat eggs, vanilla sugar, and icing sugar with a whisk until frothy. Then add 2 tbsp oil, milk, flour, and baking powder, and mix everything well until a homogeneous batter forms.
  2. 2. For the pineapple pancakes, heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan over medium heat and pour in one ladle of the batter. Press about 5 pineapple pieces into the batter and bake the pancakes golden brown on both sides.
  3. 3. Repeat with the remaining batter, pineapple pieces, and oil. Stack the pineapple pancakes on a plate and drizzle them with honey. Enjoy your meal!
