Ingredients
- Pineapple 1 pc.
- Butter 90 g
- Brown sugar 70 g
- Coconut flakes 75 g
- Wheat flour, Type 405 50 g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (convection). Peel the pineapple, cut it into quarters, remove the core, dice the flesh, and place it in a greased baking dish.
- 2. In a bowl, mix the soft butter, sugar, coconut flakes, and flour until crumbly. Distribute these evenly over the pineapple and bake everything for about 20 minutes, until crispy.
- 3. Serve the pineapple-coconut crumble lukewarm. Enjoy your meal!
