🍽️ Pineapple Chicken Skewers with Green Pepper

Ingredients
- chicken breast fillet minute cutlets, marinated 600 g
- pineapple 1 pc.
- pepper, green 2 pc.
- onions, red 1 pc.
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- oil 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Take the chicken meat out of the refrigerator.
- 2. Let the meat come to room temperature.
- 3. Cut the chicken meat into approx. 2 cm cubes.
- 4. Peel the pineapple.
- 5. Remove the hard core of the pineapple.
- 6. Cut the pineapple into approx. 2 cm cubes.
- 7. Wash the green pepper.
- 8. Remove the stem and seeds of the pepper.
- 9. Cut the pepper into coarse cubes.
- 10. Quarter the onion.
- 11. Peel the onion.
- 12. Remove the ends of the onion.
- 13. Separate the onion rings from each other.
- 14. Put the pineapple, the pepper, the onion, salt, pepper and 2 tbsp oil in a bowl.
- 15. Mix the ingredients in the bowl.
- 16. Alternately thread chicken meat, pepper, pineapple and onions onto the skewers.
- 17. Preheat the grill.
- 18. Grill the skewers all around for approx. 5 min. until golden brown.
- 19. Take the finished skewers off the grill.
- 20. Serve the skewers.
