🍕 Pizza with BBQ Salami and Peppers

Ingredients
- Pepper, yellow 1 pc.
- Pepper, green 1 pc.
- Chives, fresh 10 g
- Oranges 1 pc.
- Sugar 2.5 tbsp
- Tomatoes, chopped 400 g
- BBQ sauce 2 tbsp
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Pizza dough with tomato sauce 2 pcs.
- Salami sliced meat 150 g
- Hard cheese, grated 150 g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius with fan setting.
- 2. Wash the peppers thoroughly.
- 3. Cut the peppers in half.
- 4. Remove the green stem and the seeds.
- 5. Cut the pepper flesh into thin strips.
- 6. Rinse the chives under cold water.
- 7. Dry the chives with a kitchen towel.
- 8. Cut the chives into small rings.
- 9. Cut the orange in half.
- 10. Squeeze the juice out of the orange.
- 11. Put two tablespoons of sugar into a pot.
- 12. Add two tablespoons of water to the sugar.
- 13. Warm the mixture over medium heat.
- 14. Wait until the sugar has melted.
- 15. Deglaze the candied mass with the orange juice.
- 16. Add the chunky tomatoes to the pot.
- 17. Add the barbecue sauce.
- 18. Let the sauce simmer over low heat.
- 19. Simmer the sauce for about ten minutes.
- 20. Stir the sauce occasionally.
- 21. Season the sauce with salt.
- 22. Season the sauce with pepper.
- 23. Place the pizza dough on a baking sheet.
- 24. Place the baking paper under the dough.
- 25. Roll out the dough on the sheet.
- 26. Spread the BBQ tomato sauce on the dough.
- 27. Distribute the salami evenly on the pizza.
- 28. Distribute the pepper strips on the pizza.
- 29. Sprinkle the cheese over the toppings.
- 30. Place the pizza in the preheated oven.
- 31. Bake the pizza for about twenty minutes.
- 32. Swap the baking sheets after half the time.
- 33. Take the finished pizza out of the oven.
- 34. Cut the pizza into portions.
- 35. Sprinkle the pizza with the chive rings.
- 36. Place the pizza on plates.
- 37. Serve the pizza warm.
