  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 100 °C (convection). Warm the shank meat for about 5 minutes in the oven.
  2. 2. Wash the salad and let it drain well. Also wash the radishes and slice them thinly. In a bowl, mix the sweet mustard with regular mustard.
  3. 3. Cut the pretzel rolls in half and spread them with some of the mustard dip. Top them as desired with shank meat, cabbage salad, and leaves of the salad, then serve. Enjoy your meal!
