🥤 Non-alcoholic Rhubarb Spritz

Ingredients
- sugar 80 g
- lemons 1 pcs
- rhubarb 500 g
- rosemary, fresh 10 g
- tonic water 200 ml
- lemonade 400 ml
Instructions
- 1. Wash the lemon thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Cut the lemon in half.
- 3. Squeeze the juice out of both lemon halves.
- 4. Wash the rhubarb thoroughly.
- 5. Remove the tough skin of the rhubarb if necessary.
- 6. Cut the rhubarb into small pieces.
- 7. Pour about 500 milliliters of water into a pot.
- 8. Bring the water in the pot to a boil.
- 9. Add the rhubarb pieces to the boiling water.
- 10. Let the rhubarb simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes.
- 11. Pour the liquid through a fine sieve into a clean pot.
- 12. Heat the strained liquid in the pot again.
- 13. Add 40 tablespoons of sugar to the hot liquid.
- 14. Add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
- 15. Let the mixture simmer on medium heat for about 20 minutes.
- 16. Pour the finished syrup into clean bottles.
- 17. Store the bottles in the refrigerator.
- 18. Wash the rosemary sprigs under running water.
- 19. Let the rosemary drain well.
- 20. Take two long drink glasses.
- 21. Add 2 cl of rhubarb syrup to each glass.
- 22. Add a splash of lemon juice to each glass.
- 23. Fill the glasses with ice cubes.
- 24. Place one rosemary sprig in each glass.
- 25. Add 50 ml of tonic water to each glass.
- 26. Add 100 ml of lemon soda to each glass.
- 27. Enjoy your non-alcoholic rhubarb spritz.
