🥤 Non-Alcoholic Rhubarb Spritz

Ingredients
- lemons 1 pc.
- rhubarb 500 g
- sugar 100 g
- rosemary, fresh 10 g
- tonic water 200 ml
- lemonade 400 ml
Instructions
- 1. Wash the lemon thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Cut the lemon in half.
- 3. Squeeze the juice out of both lemon halves.
- 4. Rinse the rhubarb under cold water.
- 5. Remove the tough skin of the rhubarb if necessary.
- 6. Cut the rhubarb into small pieces.
- 7. Pour about 500 milliliters of water into a pot.
- 8. Bring the water in the pot to a boil.
- 9. Add the rhubarb pieces to the boiling water.
- 10. Simmer the rhubarb on low heat for about 20 minutes.
- 11. Pour the liquid through a fine sieve into a clean bowl.
- 12. Pour the strained liquid back into the pot.
- 13. Heat the liquid in the pot again.
- 14. Add sugar to the hot liquid.
- 15. Add one tablespoon of lemon juice.
- 16. Simmer the mixture on medium heat for about 20 minutes.
- 17. Pour the finished syrup into clean bottles.
- 18. Store the bottles in the refrigerator.
- 19. Rinse the rosemary sprigs under water.
- 20. Shake the rosemary dry.
- 21. Take two long drink glasses.
- 22. Add two centiliters of rhubarb syrup to each glass.
- 23. Add a splash of lemon juice to each glass.
- 24. Fill the glasses to the brim with ice cubes.
- 25. Add a sprig of rosemary to each glass.
- 26. Add 50 milliliters of tonic water to each glass.
- 27. Add 100 milliliters of lemonade to each glass.
- 28. Enjoy your non-alcoholic spritz.
