🥤 Creamy Alcohol-Free Chocolate Egg Liqueur

Ingredients
- chocolate, white 75 g
- milk 200 ml
- vanilla extract 1 tsp
- egg yolks 6 pcs
- powdered sugar 50 g
- whipping cream 200 ml
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop the chocolate.
- 2. Bring the milk to a brief boil in a pot.
- 3. Remove the pot from the heat immediately.
- 4. Stir the chopped chocolate into the hot milk until it has completely melted.
- 5. Whisk the vanilla extract, egg yolks, powdered sugar, and cream together in a stainless steel bowl.
- 6. Pour the warm chocolate milk into the egg yolk mixture while stirring constantly.
- 7. Place the bowl over a pot of hot water (bain-marie).
- 8. Stir the liqueur in the water bath for about 5 to 10 minutes until it is creamy.
