  1. 1. Quarter the apples, remove the cores and seeds, and dice them into small pieces.
  2. 2. In a pot, combine the diced apples with apple juice, orange juice, sugar, cloves, and a cinnamon stick, and bring to a boil. Let it simmer on medium heat for about 10 minutes.
  3. 3. Meanwhile, whip the cream in a bowl using a hand mixer with a whisk until stiff. Gradually add the vanilla sugar.
  4. 4. Remove the spices from the apple punch and pour the hot mixture with apple pieces into cups. Serve topped with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Cheers!
