🥤 Non-Alcoholic Apple Punch

Ingredients
- apples, red 1 pc.
- apple juice, cloudy 600 ml
- orange juice 200 ml
- brown sugar 2 tbsp
- cloves 3 pcs.
- cinnamon stick 1 pc.
- whipping cream 200 g
- vanilla sugar 1 tbsp
- cinnamon pinch
Instructions
- 1. Quarter the apples, remove the cores and seeds, and dice them into small pieces.
- 2. In a pot, combine the diced apples with apple juice, orange juice, sugar, cloves, and a cinnamon stick, and bring to a boil. Let it simmer on medium heat for about 10 minutes.
- 3. Meanwhile, whip the cream in a bowl using a hand mixer with a whisk until stiff. Gradually add the vanilla sugar.
- 4. Remove the spices from the apple punch and pour the hot mixture with apple pieces into cups. Serve topped with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
