🥤 Non-Alcoholic Blackcurrant Fizz

Ingredients
- blackcurrants, fresh 400 g
- brown sugar 5 tbsp
- vanilla sugar 20 g
- water 800 ml
- sparkling water, classic 400 ml
Instructions
- 1. Wash the blackcurrants thoroughly and let them drain. Place them in a saucepan and heat together with the sugar, vanilla sugar, and 400 ml water over low heat for about 8 minutes, until the berries burst and release their juice.
- 2. Then pour the mixture through a sieve to catch the liquid. Squeeze the berries well. Let the juice cool down and then store it in the refrigerator.
- 3. Distribute the cooled juice among 4 glasses, top up with cold sparkling water, and decorate with blackcurrant sprigs. Enjoy your meal!
