🥤 Non-Alcoholic Strawberry Almond Punch

Ingredients
- Grapefruit 4 pcs.
- Almonds, whole, blanched 100 g
- Sugar 150 g
- Strawberries 500 g
- Tonic Water 1 L
Instructions
- 1. Squeeze the grapefruit. Fill the juice with water to a total of 200 ml. Roughly chop the almonds. In a pot, bring the almonds, the juice, and sugar to a boil over medium heat. Simmer for about 3 minutes while stirring, then let cool.
- 2. Wash the strawberries thoroughly, remove the leaves, and slice them. Pour the syrup through a fine sieve and mix it with the strawberries in a punch bowl, then chill. Top up with cold Tonic Water and serve with cocktail picks. Cheers!
