  1. 1. Squeeze the grapefruit. Fill the juice with water to a total of 200 ml. Roughly chop the almonds. In a pot, bring the almonds, the juice, and sugar to a boil over medium heat. Simmer for about 3 minutes while stirring, then let cool.
  2. 2. Wash the strawberries thoroughly, remove the leaves, and slice them. Pour the syrup through a fine sieve and mix it with the strawberries in a punch bowl, then chill. Top up with cold Tonic Water and serve with cocktail picks. Cheers!
