  4. 4. Let the tomatoes sit in the hot water for a short time.
  5. 5. Remove the tomatoes and let them drain.
  6. 6. Peel the skin off the tomatoes.
  7. 7. Cut the tomatoes in half.
  8. 8. Remove the seeds from the tomatoes.
  9. 9. Cut the tomato flesh into small cubes.
  10. 10. Rinse the beef under running water.
  11. 11. Pat the meat dry with a kitchen towel.
  12. 12. Cut the beef into large chunks.
  13. 13. Cut the onions in half.
  14. 14. Peel the onions.
  15. 15. Peel the garlic cloves.
  16. 16. Dice the onions finely.
  17. 17. Dice the garlic finely.
  18. 18. Add one tablespoon of oil to a pot.
  19. 19. Heat the oil over medium to high heat.
