  3. 3. Pour 250 milliliters of cold water over the bread.
  4. 4. Let the bread soak in the water for a few minutes.

  6. 6. Put the peeled garlic into a blender.
  7. 7. Add 250 grams of almonds to the blender.
  8. 8. Blend the garlic and almonds until fine.
  9. 9. Remove the soaked bread from the water.
  10. 10. Add the bread along with the soaking liquid to the blender.
  11. 11. Pour 6 tablespoons of olive oil into the mixture.
  12. 12. Add some vinegar.
  13. 13. Top up the mixture with 500 milliliters of cold water.
  14. 14. Blend everything into a creamy soup.
  15. 15. If the soup is too thick, add a little more water.
