🍽️ Classic Tuna Sandwiches

Ingredients
- tuna in its own juice 170 g
- capers 1 tsp
- mayonnaise 40 g
- sour cream 60 g
- sea salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- cucumbers 1 pc
- watercress bed 1 pc
- toast bread 8 slices
- butter 40 g
Instructions
- 1. Open the can of tuna and drain the water.
- 2. Take a fork and mash the tuna in a bowl.
- 3. Put the capers in a sieve and let them drain.
- 4. Chop the capers finely.
- 5. Add the capers to the bowl with the tuna.
- 6. Add mayonnaise and sour cream.
- 7. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- 8. Stir everything well until it forms a creamy mixture.
- 9. Peel the cucumber.
- 10. Slice the cucumber into thin slices.
- 11. Wash the cress thoroughly in a pot.
- 12. Shake the cress dry.
- 13. Pick the cress into small pieces.
- 14. Cut the crusts off the toast slices.
- 15. Spread butter on the toast slices.
- 16. Take four toast slices.
- 17. Place cucumber slices on the toast slices.
- 18. Place cress on the cucumbers.
- 19. Season the filling lightly with salt.
- 20. Cover the sandwiches with more toast slices.
- 21. Spread the tuna cream on the remaining toast slices.
- 22. Cut the sandwiches diagonally into triangles.
- 23. Alternate between cucumber and tuna sandwiches when serving.
