  1. 1. Take the meat out of the fridge and let it come to room temperature.
  2. 2. Peel the onion, halve it, and slice it into thin strips.
  3. 3. Peel the carrots, trim the ends, and dice them into small cubes.
  4. 4. Wash the potatoes thoroughly, peel them, and cut them into pieces about 1 cm in size.
  5. 5. Rinse the turkey breast, pat it dry with a kitchen towel, and chop it into coarse cubes.
  6. 6. Lightly salt the turkey cubes.
  7. 7. Wash the tomatoes, halve them, remove the stems, and dice them.
  8. 8. Rinse the peppers, halve them, remove seeds and stems, and slice them into thin strips.
  9. 9. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pot over high heat.
  10. 10. Fry the meat cubes for about 3 minutes on all sides until they are light brown.
  11. 11. Remove the meat from the pot and place it on a plate.
  12. 12. Add 1 tablespoon of oil to the pan drippings in the pot.
  13. 13. Fry the onion strips for about 2 minutes in it.
  14. 14. Add the carrot and potato cubes and fry them together for about 1 minute.
  15. 15. Deglaze the mixture with broth.
  16. 16. Season everything with salt and pepper.
  17. 17. Let the stew simmer for about 5 to 7 minutes over medium heat.
  18. 18. Bring 300 ml of salted water to a boil in another pot.
  19. 19. Add the tomatoes, the pepper strips, and the peanut butter to the stew.
  20. 20. Let the stew simmer for another 15 minutes.
  21. 21. Add the couscous to the boiling salted water.
  22. 22. Remove the couscous pot from the heat.
  23. 23. Let the couscous swell covered for about 10 minutes.
  24. 24. Chop the peanuts coarsely.
  25. 25. Add the turkey cubes back to the stew shortly before the end of the cooking time.
  26. 26. Let the meat cubes warm up in the stew for about 3 minutes.
  27. 27. Adjust the stew with salt and pepper if necessary.
  28. 28. Serve the stew and enjoy your meal.
