  12. 12. Peel the onions.
  13. 13. Cut the onions into thin strips.
  14. 14. Peel the garlic.
  15. 15. Finely chop the garlic.
  16. 16. Peel the potatoes.
  17. 17. Cut the potatoes into cubes.
  18. 18. Add oil to a pot.
  19. 19. Heat the oil over medium-high heat.
  20. 20. Add the onion strips to the hot oil.
  21. 21. Add the chopped garlic.
  22. 22. Fry the onions and garlic for about 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown.
