🍕 Four-Cheese Pizza

Ingredients
- yeast, fresh 0.5 pc
- wheat flour, type 405 300 g
- salt pinch
- olive oil 5 tbsp
- onions, yellow 1 pc
- garlic cloves 1 pc
- tomatoes, peeled from the can 400 g
- oregano, dried pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- sugar pinch
- parmesan 80 g
- Emmental cheese block 100 g
- mozzarella 250 g
- olives, green 100 g
- goat cream cheese 100 g
Instructions
- 1. Dissolve the yeast in 150 milliliters of lukewarm water in a bowl.
- 2. Let the yeast mixture rest for about 10 minutes.
- 3. Mix the flour with a quarter teaspoon of salt and four tablespoons of oil in a second bowl.
- 4. Pour the yeast mixture onto the flour.
- 5. Knead the ingredients well until a smooth dough forms.
- 6. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for about one hour.
- 7. Wait until the dough volume has doubled.
- 8. Halve the onion and peel it.
- 9. Dice the onion finely.
- 10. Peel the garlic.
- 11. Finely chop the garlic.
- 12. Heat one tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium heat.
- 13. Sauté the onions and garlic for about two to three minutes until translucent.
- 14. Add the tomatoes to the pan.
- 15. Season the mixture with oregano, salt, pepper, and sugar.
- 16. Let the sauce simmer for about five to seven minutes.
- 17. Grate the Parmesan finely.
- 18. Grate the Emmental cheese finely.
- 19. Drain the mozzarella.
- 20. Slice the mozzarella.
- 21. Drain the olives.
- 22. Halve the olives.
- 23. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius (top and bottom heat).
- 24. Knead the dough once more briefly.
- 25. Divide the dough into four equal pieces.
- 26. Sprinkle some flour on the work surface.
- 27. Roll each piece of dough into a round or oval pizza.
- 28. Place the pizzas on baking sheets lined with parchment paper.
- 29. Spread the pizzas thinly with the tomato sauce.
- 30. Sprinkle the Parmesan over the sauce.
- 31. Place the mozzarella slices on top.
- 32. Sprinkle the Emmental over it.
- 33. Take two teaspoons of goat cheese.
- 34. Place the cheese dollops on the pizza.
- 35. Distribute the olives evenly on the pizza.
- 36. Bake the sheets one after another in the oven.
- 37. Bake the pizzas for about 15 minutes.
- 38. Remove the pizzas when they are crispy.
