🍝 Quick One-Pot Dish with Feta and Greek Noodles

Ingredients
- olive oil 2 tbsp
- ground beef 500 g
- onions, red 1 pc
- garlic cloves 2 pc
- Kritharaki pasta 500 g
- water 750 g
- salt 1 tsp
- pepper, black ground 0.75 tsp
- rosemary, fresh 5 g
- yogurt, plain 500 g
- thyme, fresh 5 g
- feta 250 g
- cherry tomatoes 100 g
- pepper, sweet 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Heat the olive oil in a cast-iron casserole dish or a coated pan over high heat.
- 2. Fry the minced meat in it until it is crumbly.
- 3. Peel the onion and one clove of garlic.
- 4. Finely chop the onion and garlic.
- 5. Fry the chopped onion and garlic mixture with the meat for about 3 to 4 minutes.
- 6. Add the noodles, water, half a teaspoon of salt, a quarter teaspoon of pepper, and the rosemary sprig to the pot.
- 7. Bring the dish to a boil.
- 8. Turn the stove down to medium heat.
- 9. Cover the pot.
- 10. Let the dish simmer for about 10 minutes.
