Ingredients
- chocolate, dark 275 g
- water 180 ml
Instructions
- 1. Fill a pot with some water and bring it to a boil.
- 2. Roughly chop the chocolate.
- 3. Place the chopped chocolate into a heatproof bowl.
- 4. Pour some water over the chocolate in the bowl.
- 5. Place the bowl with the chocolate over the pot with the boiling water (bain-marie).
- 6. Let the chocolate melt in the bain-marie.
- 7. Fill a large bowl with ice cubes.
- 8. Remove the bowl with the melted chocolate from the pot.
- 9. Place the bowl with the chocolate into the large bowl with the ice.
- 10. Beat the chocolate slowly with a hand mixer and beaters.
- 11. Continue beating until the chocolate mixture has cooled down.
- 12. Place the mousse in the refrigerator until serving.
