Ingredients
- 150 Green lentils
- 100 Fermented vegetables
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 Shallot
- 2 Olive oil
- 1 Lemon juice
Instructions
- 1. Cook lentils according to package instructions and let cool.
- 2. Finely dice cucumber and shallot.
- 3. In a bowl, mix lentils, cucumber, shallot, and fermented vegetables.
- 4. Dress with olive oil and lemon juice.
- 5. Stir well and season to taste.
- 6. Serve or store in refrigerator.
