- 200 Spinach
- 1 Olive oil

Instructions
- 1. Cook lentils according to package instructions.
- 2. Cook or fry eggs in a pan.
- 3. Sauté spinach in a pan with olive oil.
- 4. Fill bowls with lentils, placing spinach and eggs on top.
