🥗 Lentil Bolognese

Ingredients
- 150 green lentils
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 2 tomato paste
- 400 chopped tomatoes
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 oregano
- 2 olive oil
- 150 pasta (e.g. spaghetti)
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop the onion, carrot, and garlic and sauté in olive oil.
- 2. Rinse the lentils under water and add them. Deglaze with the chopped tomatoes and tomato paste.
- 3. Add oregano and let the mixture simmer for 15 minutes.
- 4. In the meantime, cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- 5. Mix the finished Bolognese with the pasta and serve.
