🧁 Lemon Magdalena Cupcakes with Powdered Sugar

Ingredients
- 150 g Flour
- 120 g Sugar
- 100 g Butter (softened)
- 2 Stück Eggs (Size M)
- 1 Stück Lemon (Grated Zest)
- 1 Packung (8 g) Baking powder
- 30 g Powdered sugar
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Mix the softened butter with the sugar until the mixture is light and creamy.
- 3. Mix the flour with the baking powder and the lemon zest in a separate bowl.
- 4. Add the eggs one by one to the butter mixture and whisk each egg well before adding the next.
- 5. Fold the flour mixture gently into the butter batter until no more flour is visible.
- 6. Fill the batter into 8 greased Magdalena molds or small muffin cups.
- 7. Bake the Magdalenas for 15 minutes until golden yellow.
- 8. Dust the cooled Magdalenas with powdered sugar.
