🍋 Quick Lemon Yogurt Mousse

Ingredients
- 300 g Greek yogurt (6% fat)
- 50 g Sugar
- 1 Packung (40 g) Pudding powder (lemon flavor)
- 1 Stück Lemon
- 250 ml Whipping cream (cold)
- 1 EL Lemon zest (grated)
Instructions
- 1. Mix the Greek yogurt, sugar, and pudding powder in a large bowl until no lumps remain. Squeeze the lemon and stir the lemon juice and lemon zest into the yogurt mixture.
- 2. Whip the cold cream in a separate bowl until it forms stiff peaks. Gently fold the whipped cream into the yogurt mixture using a spoon or spatula to maintain the airy texture.
- 3. Divide the mousse into 4 glasses or cups. Place the glasses in the refrigerator for 1 hour to allow the mousse to set. Garnish with lemon slices if desired.
