🥗 Lemon Thyme Rice with Asparagus

Ingredients
- 1 Tasse jasmine rice
- 200 g asparagus
- 1 Stück lemon
- 1 EL thyme
- 1 EL olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Cook rice according to instructions and set aside.
- 2. Sauté asparagus in olive oil until tender.
- 3. Juice the lemon and add with thyme to the rice.
- 4. Mix rice and asparagus together and stir well.
- 5. Season with salt and pepper, then serve.
